Go to the directory of your W0W installation.
Usually located in:
C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft

Open the file named "Realmlist.wtf"
in any text editor and modify the first line to say:

set realmlist silvermoon.selfip.com

It also might be best to delete your WDB folder for best results the first time you join our server. Some players don't believe it helps, but every time we update our DB I delete the cache folder to insure W0W Properly reads NPC/Item changes.
